When we decided to renovate our kitchen which was built in 1963, we had several companies come to our home and give us ideas and advice, but no one could come up with the designs that would work in our kitchen except Steve Couroux from S C Cabinets.
He takes all the measurements back to his shop and made a template of everything, cabinets, appliances, etc. and brought the template back to our house and showed us where everything would go.
He told us that he would be in and out in a month and he was true to his word. When he starts a job, he stays with it until it is finished, and isn’t going from job to job, which was very reassuring as Christmas was approaching quickly.
The design and craftsmanship of his work is more than we expected and was quality work that will stand the test of time. He takes a lot of pride in his work and the look on his face when he is finished shows his love of the work he has done.
We would highly recommend Steve and his son Darren for any project you are considering now or in the future.

Steve Couroux of SC Cabinetry is committed to excellent customer service and
his obvious pride of workmanship is well-founded. Steve was referred
to us by word of mouth over 13 years ago. He built and installed a
beautiful kitchen in our Oakville home. The job was done on schedule
without inconvenience to us. While our friends with other contractors
suffered through frustrating months, our kitchen was out of commission for
only one week during installation.
In March, 2013, having down-sized to a tiny bungalow in Toronto, it soon
became essential to have creative, attractive storage cabinets built.
Again, we cast adide other contractors and quotes, and hired Steve.
Steve is easy to work with, obliging, trust-worthy and sensitive. He
re-worked the design to fit our budget and needs. The result is a bank of
beautiful maple cabinets and shelves that blend perfectly with our home and
provide ample storage.
Again, Steve kept to his word re timing and worked two long days
installing cabinets, with the help of Claudia. Steve met the
challenge of our older home's narrow stairway with ease, by reassembling
the larger cabinets on site. The results exceeded our expectations -

Steve from SC Cabinetry recently custom designed, created and installed a desk area and cabinets in our kitchen area and redesigned and renovated our mud room.
The attention to detail, customer service and final product was more than we could have ever expected. Every part of each job was thought out carefully, we were kept informed and updated and both jobs were completed in a very timely manner. Choosing S.C. Cabinetry turned out to be an excellent decision for us. We first met Steve when a friend of ours recommended him for the job of making a custom built wet bar for our recently finished basement (to fit in to an existing small space). We were very pleased with the design and the quality of the workmanship.
A number of years later we decided to renovate our kitchen and again called on Steve. He was very patient & provided us with several different design options. One thing we wanted was a larger working area and he came up with a plan that worked out beautifully. Steve arranged for all the various subcontractors ( plumbing, electrical, tiling & drywall) who all proved to be very efficient and knowledgeable). He also did a great job of coordinating their time.
